How It Works

When your organization becomes a member of Volunteer Starkville:

  • We help you post and promote your events and volunteer opportunities.
  • We match volunteers with your needs.
  • We offer workshops to advance your mission.

You may call our staff or come into our office and we’ll set you up on our website. Or you can register online in three easy steps. Either way you need to know or bring the following informaiton:

  • Agency name and address.
  • Organization Employer Identification Number (EIN) number, if you have one.
  • Primary agency contact and up-to-date- email, phone number and address.
  • Organization Mission Statement.
  • Organization description and service statement.
  • Volunteer coordinator name, phone and address.
